I believe therapy can be a process of discovering and living at home within ourselves—feeling at home in our bodies, with our stories, and in our truth. It’s about finding a sense of safety from within.

When we experience stress, trauma, or disconnection, our systems are designed to adapt and protect us. Those adaptations can help us make it through tough experiences, though sometimes they can become longer-term patterns that keep us from living as fully or authentically as we would like.

My work is centered around Somatic Experiencing® (SE)—a body-oriented therapeutic model designed to support release, recovery, and resilience within the nervous system. Whether navigating everyday stress or carrying deeper wounds, SE can offer a gentle and effective path toward restoring balance.

I align well with those who might be open to something a little different than traditional talk therapy. A session might include learning about the nervous system and exploring internal sensations, emotions, and movements. My approach is collaborative, focused on building a steady, supportive therapeutic relationship grounded in trust and curiosity. From there, we can explore the places where you may desire change and begin discovering what helps you shift toward a greater sense of embodiment, connection, and meaning.

Every individual’s process is unique. I aim to approach your concerns with thoughtful attention and empathy. Therapy can be a place to cultivate a sense of well-being, steadiness, and greater ease in everyday life.

Please reach out if you’d like to explore whether we might be a good fit!
